Processing & Shipping Times

Archive Gama is a curated archive. Our pieces ship directly from our partner brands and production partners, so each order is prepared and sent from the partner that makes it.

Estimated delivery times, counted from the day you place your order:

  • United States: 2 to 4 weeks
  • International: 4 to 6 weeks, plus any time the package spends in customs

1 of 1 and custom pieces may take longer. When they do, the estimate is shown on the product page.

If your order includes pieces from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your destination and are always shown in your cart before you pay. Current offers (like free US shipping over a set order value) are shown at the top of the store.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window above, email us at hello@archivegama.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is already being prepared by our partner and can no longer be changed or canceled.

International Orders

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) unless stated otherwise. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international package is refused, left unclaimed, or sent back because duties or taxes weren't paid:

  • the order is not eligible for a refund
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • return shipping, customs and carrier charges are not covered by Archive Gama

Packages abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes and fees in your country.
