Archive Gama ("we", "us") operates archivegama.com and related brand channels on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and our internal publishing tools.

1. Information we collect

When you shop with us, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers). When you browse our site, standard analytics data (device type, pages visited) may be collected to improve the store.

2. Archive Gama Syndicator (internal publishing tool)

We operate an internal software tool ("Archive Gama Syndicator") that cross-posts our own brand content from our Instagram account to our own TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube accounts. This tool:

• Accesses only accounts owned and operated by Archive Gama, authorized via each platform's official API and OAuth consent flow;
• Does not collect, store or process any personal data from customers, followers or any third parties;
• Stores only the OAuth tokens for our own accounts and the media/captions of our own posts;
• Does not sell or share any data with third parties.

3. How we use information

We use customer information solely to process orders, provide support and, where you have opted in, send updates about drops and promotions. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data retention and security

We retain order information for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Access credentials used by our internal tools are stored encrypted and are revocable at any time through each platform's settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
