These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of archivegama.com (the "Site"), operated by Archive Gama, and of our internal publishing tools.
1. About us
Archive Gama is a curated streetwear and archive fashion brand. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed by our payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
3. Shipping and returns
Shipping times and return conditions are described on the relevant product and policy pages of the Site. Contact us at hello@archivegama.com for any order issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photography, copy, logos and design — is the property of Archive Gama or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Archive Gama Syndicator (internal publishing tool)
Archive Gama Syndicator is a private, internal software tool used exclusively by Archive Gama to publish our own brand content to our own social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) through each platform's official APIs. The tool is not offered to the public, has a single authorized user (the Archive Gama account owner), and complies with the developer terms of each platform, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Content published through the tool complies with each platform's community guidelines.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our content or tools in violation of applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archive Gama is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
